Expanding Your Horizons

EYH is a career conference for 5th and 6th graders who may be interested in learning more about the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The program is designed to encourage young students to pursue careers in STEM, featuring many exciting workshops in all areas of science and engineering. In 2024, we expanded to 16 unique learning workshops, with 60 amazing volunteers for an exciting, stem-filled day!

What teachers are saying

“The speakers were enthusiastic, very prepared, and offered a wealth of information. We especially enjoyed speakers that included facility tours, demonstration videos, and interactive portions in their presentations. Several sessions included interdisciplinary connections that supported our curriculum. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to connect our learners with so many experts.”
