WISE acts as a support system for science and engineering professionals! We host monthly writing and study retreats, stay connected with our WISE alumni, and offer unique experiences to learn about science and engineering. You may even see us at a tabling event or educational conference.

Writing and Study Retreats

Join us in a productive community at one our monthly writing and study retreats. We will set writing and study goals, complete assignments, and enjoy one another’s company. Feel free to drop in at any time during the session. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

How to get involved and stay connected to WISE? 

There are multiple ways our current and former members can get involved!

(1) We have over 25 department representatives who make sure the people in their departments, like biology, mechanical engineering, computer science, among others, are aware of WISE events and opportunities.

(2) In Fall 2023, we opened 2 positions for undergraduate representatives, so that we can best support undergraduate students in science and engineering.
