About the Event
Chesley Rowlett is a third-year PhD Candidate in the Department of Chemistry currently studying epigenetics using chemical biology methodology in Dr. Wenshe Liu’s group. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2018 from Olivet Nazarene University and joined the Liu group first as an undergraduate researcher in 2017 and subsequently as a full time graduate student in the summer of 2018. Chesley currently serves as the biological division representative for the Graduate Student Association of Chemistry, the Director of Philanthropy for the TAMU chapter of the American Association of University Women and is the sitting President of Women in Science and Engineering.
